My guest this week is Mike Bell, a father of 3, a Mechanical Engineer by trade and the host of 2 podcasts: The Mike Bell Show and The Pod So Hard Cast. Mike has spent 15 years in the building trades as a carpenter and foreman and served his country as a veteran of the Army National Guard of America. Mike talks about his family life, his podcast passion, and we get in to some of his childhood struggles and traumas. I thank Mike for his candor and humor; this is (some) of Mike's story!
